RIP Amp.

I’ve moved on to Stationhead. It seems to be the location to which most Amp hosts moved. The app does several things better than Amp did, but it has its own quirks and bugs. And I am pretty sure no one else is hosting classical music shows on Stationhead. While Amp was mostly hip hop, Stationhead appears to be a K-Pop app as far as the most popular channels and shows. Although Stationhead has more listeners and hosts than Amp did, I feel secure in saying that I am the only classical music show on the app.

I haven’t settled on a schedule yet, but the app doesn’t really support schedules. There’s no way to announce a show in advance other than saying something during a broadcast. So the shows so far are all pop-up shows. I’ve been doing a few of those in the morning, but I may do some afternoon or evening shows here this week and next as I am on vacation and have the time.
